Contracts connected with acquisition of real property – translation workshop. Workshop training based on text of a contract of sale, preliminary contract and lease contract. We will discuss legal terminology connected with acquisition of real property and expressions typical for notarial deeds. We will try to leave dictionaries behind and aim at understanding the differences between the civil and common law. We will look for clues in the Polish civil code.
