The training combines elements of theory and practice of translation.

We invite everyone interested and in particular participants of our Polish company law course. During the training participants will get to know the most important documents regarding functioning of commercial companies and will gain theoretical knowledge in the field of company law.

There will be presented the basic rules of writing and translation of documents relating to a limited liability company and a joint stock company. During the training, participants will have the opportunity to work on translations of selected documents which most often occur in the practice of a professional translator.

The aim of the training is to provide participants with basic theory and practical knowledge which will allow them to learn more about legal terminology necessary to understand the documents relating to functioning of commercial companies.

1. Umowa spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.

2. Statut spółki akcyjnej.

3. Protokół zgromadzenia wspólników spółki z o.o.

4. Protokół Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy spółki akcyjnej.

5. Umowa sprzedaży udziałów i akcji.

6. Odpis spółki z rejestru (KRS, odpisy z zagranicznych rejestrów handlowych)
